Responsible for the Business HR function of FLFL with an annual turnover of 6000 crores which includes Central, Brand Factory, aLL, Corporate Group Resources and FLF Brands.

Bangalore

• Responsible for 3 Group Companies (Future Group) on the entire HR & Admin Process which are FLF Brands, Mother Earth and Giovani.• In total handling the manpower of 19 Brands spread across PAN India totaling to 1500 Employees both at Store and HO.• Worked with Senior Management team in preparation of Manpower budget for the year in relation to Annual business plan • Manpower costing both at Stores and Head Office and making sure it is well within the ABP.• Correspondence with MIS department & Accounts department for accurate reports and to make provisions for booking of expenses.• To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of corporate HR policies.• Provide counsel and assistance to employees in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and handling the queries and the concerned issues of employees.• Overseeing salary process for the employees with full in-charge of payroll administration and making all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operationI develop, refine and finalize effective methods for selection and engaging consultants to ensure that the right people with the desired level of competence are brought into the organization or are promoted. I maintain and develop HR policies, ensure compliance and contribute to the development of these policies. I handle grievances and oversee the payroll.I also define the PMS for the year, conduct quarterly reviews at an organization level, and recognize employees based on achievements.

Bangalore

Here, I successfully managed 7 factories and the head office that comprised 3500 employees in all. I led a team of 15 and worked with the senior management to ensure teams were structured and resourced appropriately. I also worked with the head of departments and HR team to ensure that policies and procedures were implemented and managed appropriately. I managed all salary-related operations and ensured employee satisfaction. I took the opportunity to carry out internal audits and understand the management of factories better.

At Mothercare, I successfully managed 3 offices (Bangalore, Tirupur, and Delhi) that comprised 70 employees. I worked on HR policies, procedures and employee management. I also handled recruitment and selection across India within budgets and time frame. I planned induction programs for new joinees and ensured that line managers induct the new staff effectively. I was responsible for identifying training needs and ensuring appropriate development initiatives are delivered.
