• Conducting site visit and job ex meetings to prepare technical and commercial offers and other requirements.• Execution of Tankage Maintenance and Repair • Supervising T&I , Shutdowns.• Maintenance and Integrity testing of pressure vessels, Heat exchangers• Develop And Implement Execution Plans Using Several Tools Such As Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, And Sap • Procuring And Managing Materials, Manpower’s And Other Resources In The Compliance Of Project Requirement.• Validating Scope Of Work By Conducting Site Visit And Estimating Workload And Resources Requirement. • Generating Requirement And Prepare Requests For Manpower, Equipment, And Resources For The Job• Administering Equipment Inventory By Controlling Expenses And Managing Budget.• Maintaining All The Equipment’s In Proper Working Condition By Preventive Maintenance Which Helps To Reduce The Cost And Delay In The Project. • Coordinating With Client (Saudi Aramco), Sub-Contractors And Service And Materials Providers• Updating Over All Progress Of The Project-To-Project Manager. • Developing Scope Of Work (Sow) For Sub-Contractors For Lending Subcontracts.Preparing Materials List And Records And Update Them In Sap. • Receiving Purchase Orders And Releasing Payments For The Sub-Contractors And Materials Suppliers. • Executing Emergency Jobs Requested By Client, Monitoring Trade Certifications As Per Requirement• Ensuring All The Safety Measures Are Followed And Work Is Done In Accordance With Contractual Requirements• Determining The Resources Required Such As Manpower, Equipment, Materials, Documents, Attending Shutdown Meetings With The Client For Planning And Execution Of The Critical Shutdown Activities• Establishing And Supervised Scheduling Activities• Generating The Report Like S Curve And Cost And Schedule Report For The Projects. • Review Job Safety Analysis And Hip Documents For Various Maintenance Activities.• Ensuring Overall Project Cost Doesn’t Exceed The Threshold.
