• Coordinate with TSI/Vessel Crew for detailed technicalstudy and scope of Telemetry Project implementation• Research, test, and coordinate with Vendors for choosingbest hardware for integration with onboard equipment’s• Prepare project estimates, project plan and coordinate withTSI and client for approval• Conduct detailed discussions and technical study on SPMand FM manufacturers before selection of proper equipment• Analyze data points available onboard vessel and prepareplans and drawings for interfacing Navigational data,Flowmeters, Shaft/Thrust Power meter, Tank Level gaugingsystem, AMS, Cargo Control system with telemetry system.• On behalf of Clients/Owners negotiate/coordinate withMakers of FM, AMS, SPM, Level gauge systems etc. forenabling data communication with third party systemintegrator for data access.• Give proper guidance to Software development/IOT teamregarding Data collection points and logics behind thesoftware package.• Analyze logged data from each equipment onboard andprovide insights to the Data Analytics team.• Evaluate logged data and suggest remedial action to resolveif any open problem is observed/raised by client.• Ensure all the required hardware are in place, preinstallations works are completed prior to SE visit.• Coordinate with field Service engineers duringimplementation, commissioning, and FAT• Coordinate with Internet communication provider forensuring proper network rules are in place for sending thelogged data to shore as well as ensure propercommunication within the ship network and telemetrydevices.• Coordinate with Vessel IT managers to provide remotetechnical support/software update on data loggers,interfacing devices, PLC etc.• Coordination of Service Engineer visit, material supply chain.• Continuous research for improving/upgrading hardwarecomponents for data integration.

• Perform regulatory inspections on a weekly basis or more frequently, as needed. Note any deficiencies and report them to the ship’s CE and Captain along with specific instructions for correcting any problems• Order machinery parts and manage inventory and Documentation and Certificates• Maintain shipboard machinery, including electrical generators, cargo gears,Aux Boilers, Circuit Breakers, Batteries, Temperature transducers, maintenance of ACBs and Switch Gears, Pressure Transmitters, Pressure Switches, Lighting Systems, Level monitoring systems, Motors, Switch boards, HVAC System, O2 Analyzers and Fire Alarm systems• Configuring and troubleshooting of Navigational Equipments like VDR ,Radars ,GMDSS, Auto pilot etc• Constantly monitoring, calibrating and testing of instrumentation systems, electrical machineries and various alarms.• Expert knowledge in Kongsberg level gauging systems, Norcontrol PLC based alarm monitoring, operation of various machineries, electro hydraulic valves etc., PLC based Power management system, Ethernet CAN network system, PLC controlled Air-conditioning and Refrigeration system,BMS 2000 control system and PMS(BASS net) system, OR PMS, Nabtesco ME Control system• Calibration of Sensors, Pressure Gauges ,Pressure transmitters,Pressure Switches etc• Maintenance and trouble shooting of Reefer Containers• Maintenance and trouble shooting of Electro Hydraulic Crane(cargo operation-Mac Greggor)• Maintenance experience on Wartsila RT FLEX engines and ME C engines• Maintenance experience on HV instruments• Operation and maintenance experience in Ballast water treatment plants• Maintenance and troubleshooting in marine elevators.• Maintenance and troubleshooting experience in laundry and Galley equipment• Maintenance and troubleshooting experience in onboard Provision compressor systems• Maintenance and troubleshooting experience in electrical Drives• Maintenance experience on inert gas generators and cargo pumping systems
