As a Operations Executive of Machine Building and Customer Service support division at amace solutions, I oversee the entire manufacturing process of various types of machining machines, including additive manufacturing machines using Laser Powder Bed Fusion technology. I have over 9 years of experience in this industry, having worked with Bharat Fritz Werner and Ace Designers in the past. I have a master's degree in business administration from NIBM Global, with a focus on Projects and Production management & Persuing my PGDM in Operations management from MITSDE University.My core competencies include machine building process development, plant engineering and maintenance, customer service, supplier quality assurance, and communication training. I have successfully led and executed multiple projects, delivering high-quality machines and services to our clients. I have applied the Lean Six Sigma methodology to improve the efficiency, quality, and profitability of our operations. I have also acquired certifications in lean daily management system, Value engineering and value analysis from IMTMA, to further optimize the processes and workflows.
