• Leveraging extensive knowledge of LMS platform to manage diverse content (courses, podcasts, webcasts) and ensuring its continual update through coordination with internal content owners and external vendors.• Collaborating with program leaders and content owners to sustain learning pathways, verifying skill tagging, and to maintain updated content by replacing expired material.• Cultivating strong partnerships across the learning team, with program leaders, designers, and key external content providers, alongside LMS vendor.• Analyzing content usage and evaluation results, particularly for learning pathways and digital badges, providing insights for future learning needs and upskilling initiatives using SmartSheet.• Recommending improvements for managing LMS content, both internal and vendor-supplied.• Utilizing success metrics to evaluate the impact of learning content, contributing to reports that measure the effectiveness of learning pathways using dashboards.• Demonstrating ability to work effectively within collaborative teams, fostering strong relationships, embracing a growth mindset, and promoting new ideas and solutions regularly.• Managing the Learning & Effectiveness team of Analysts and Associates including daily work allocation, feedback, coaching and mentoring, review of the quality of their work product.

• Responsible for ensuring that all CPE-qualifying learning adheres to NASBA standards.• Processing CPEs into the firm's compliance system for all ECS and CPA licensed individuals, as well as ensuring the accuracy and validity of submitted certificates from outside sponsors.• Monitoring and tracking professional records to ensure PCAOB, Yellow Book, AICPA EBPAQC and other state requirements are met during the compliance year.• Providing information and dashboards to stakeholders and leaders on enrollments, completions, and other learning-related reports• Assisting in program planning by identifying processes that will aid in the smooth execution of learning events / programs.• Involved in QA reviews of internally developed self-study courses.
