My journey into the world of Sales & Marketing and Printing & Packaging started back during my diploma days. Instead of just focusing on coursework, I was busy freelancing, specializing in customized T-shirts and other printing-related items. Whether it was creating unique designs for clients or working on small, personalized projects, I discovered a real passion for how creative ideas could be brought to life through printing.While many were focused on traditional career paths, I took a slightly unconventional route—embracing the entrepreneurial spirit of freelancing. This gave me a firsthand look at how diverse and dynamic the printing world is, while also sharpening my skills in customer relations, sales, and marketing. It was during this time that I realized I wanted to take my skills further, so I pursued Engineering in Printing & Packaging, diving deep into the technical side of things.After completing my degree, I joined Nexibles, and it’s been an incredible journey so far. As I approach 2 years with the company, I am proud to have recently been promoted to Senior Sales & Marketing. My experience in sales has taught me much more than just selling a product; it’s about understanding client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and thinking outside the box—skills that go beyond the sales desk and into any field.In my role at Nexibles, I work with flexible packaging solutions, from pouches and shrink wraps to labels and roll forms. It’s amazing how packaging plays a huge part in both protecting products and telling a brand’s story. But what I love most is combining my technical background with my sales skills to offer innovative, creative solutions to customers. It’s about delivering packaging that’s not only functional but also reflects the quality and identity of the product inside.I truly believe that sales isn’t just about selling—it’s about ideas. The creativity I bring from the printing world, combined with the strategic thinking from my sales experience, allows me to solve problems in ways others might not consider. Packaging, after all, isn’t just about the product—it’s about the experience.As I continue to grow in my career, I’m excited to take on new challenges, push the boundaries of what’s possible, and work with even more amazing clients. And yes, I still enjoy the fun side of things—because let’s face it, in the world of printing and packaging, there’s always room for a little creativity and humor!
