This landmark development includes two vast glass biomes supported by a steel structure, a Cable Car System, a Habitats Pavilion, a Visitors Centre, a modern Energy Centre with a Solar PV Farm and Air-Cooled Chillers based HVAC system, diverse external habitat areas, water features, and recreational spaces.

Driver Trett Consultants offered advisory and expert witness services to the international construction and engineering sectors throughout all stages of project development. With a presence in 16 countries across 5 continents, Driver Trett leveraged global expertise to provide tailored local solutions. As of July 1, 2024, the Driver Trett brand has been merged into Diales.During my time in this role, I worked on the construction and maintenance of Muscat International Airport, the largest project ever undertaken in the Sultanate of Oman. The terminal spans a floor area of 418,202 square meters—equivalent to 80 football fields—making it the largest building in the country. The project required over 31,100 tons of structural steel, seven times the amount used in the Eiffel Tower, and nearly 520,000 cubic meters of concrete, double the quantity used in the Burj Khalifa. Over 240 million man-hours were logged, with a peak workforce of 22,000. The airport is currently equipped to handle 20 million passengers annually.
