Project—IVT, AET The Department of Health and Human Services and CMS define policies and rules that Serco implements to perform Affordable Care Act (ACA) Eligibility Support casework. The Income verification Tool (IVT) is a web-based management tools to adjudicate annual income DMIs by comparing consumer-attested annual household income amounts to documented income. The Affordability Exemption Tool (AET) is a web-based application to determine if people are exempt from making shared responsibility based on income.  Experience in analysis, design, development, unit testing, implementation and maintenance of the software applications based on customer requirements and design documents. Design and Develop web-based applications using Spring 5.2.3 framework (IVT) and Spring Boot 2.2.5(AET)based on MVC architecture. Hibernate 5.4.12 is used for Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) in the projects  Java 8/J2EE, Hibernate, angular, Servlets, XML, HTML, JSP and CSS were used for developing the modules of the project. The projects are developed using Java/J2EE technologies with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 data base. Experience in consuming SOAP, XML, REST API Web Services, used SOAP UI & Postman for testing web services. IntelliJ 2020.2 is the integrated development environment used for Java/J2EE development and SQL Server is used for the data base. Experience to support production issue debugging, help desk tickets Deploy code using Linux, WinSCP, Git, Jenkins, and Nexus Designed tables, stored procedure & views to improve project efficiency JUnit is the unit testing framework and JIRA is used for bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management functions. Apache Tomcat 9.0 is the web server used deploying the project Data backup and version control is done through git and automated build using Jenkins. Experience working with CMMI Level 3 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration for design and development projects.

Project—NASA EBOOKS, ERS The NASA eBooks are web-based management tools for NASA sponsored proposals and awards.
