As an individual who has fallen in love with fitness after being overweight all their life, healthy, active and balanced lifestyles are something I thoroughly stand for and constantly promote. It is a privilege to be able to move and it’s something that’s constantly taken for granted. I have been gifted the opportunity to not only fall back in love with movement but help others take those initial steps to start their journey as well.
