As an Odoo functional consultant my role involves working with end clients and businesses owners to understand their requirements, business processes, business problems, short term and long term objectives and configure the Odoo ERP applications to meet their specific needs as well addressing their business issues.•Requirement Analysis:Conduct thorough discussions with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and challenges. Identify and document specific requirements that the client wants to address using Odoo.•Odoo Configuration with best practices:Use the Odoo platform to configure and get the customization done based on the client's requirements.Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to Odoo. Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.•Training: Provide training sessions to end-users and key stakeholders on how to use and navigate the Odoo system. Create training materials and documentation for reference.•Support: Offer pre and post-implementation support to clients. Address and resolve any issues or questions that arise after the system is live.•Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the configurations, customizations, and any changes made to the Odoo system. •Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new Odoo features, updates, and best practices.Propose and implement improvements to the Odoo system to enhance efficiency and meet changing business requirements.•Client Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients throughout the implementation process. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in requirements.•Collaboration with Technical Team: Collaborate with Odoo developers and technical consultants to ensure that customizations align with business requirements and technical feasibility.
