The role is demanding, diverse and involves.Roles and Responsibility:-• Sourcing CV's of potential (according to the Client requirement) Doctors, through various Job Portals Reed UK, Total Jobs, Indeed ETC and Social Medias like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter for permanent relocation to the UK from all over the globe.• Calling the sourced potential candidates, generating hot leads and convincing them to permanently relocate to the UK.• Pre-screening the candidates and format resumes meeting client expectations.• Arranging telephonic chat for the candidate with Specialist Consultant after submitting the candidate.• Maintaining reports, client interaction and candidate interaction.• Follow up with candidates

Responsibilities: • Understanding the Client manpower requirement for Recruitment.• End to End Recruitment.• Coordinating with the client & candidates for interviews and selection.• Based on the requirement, sourcing profiles from the online job portals.• Job posting in the online portal based on the requirement.• Interviewing the candidates through telephone regarding job and understandingtheir skills.• Arrange interview for the Eligible candidates with Client.• Maintaining Tracker for the Interview Lineups.• Maintaining and updating of all MIS format on time.• Follow up of the candidates from selection till joining.• Conduct Recruitment Drive for Bulk hiring.• Establish in client relationship and rapport for meeting the project objectives.• Achieve Individual Productivity.• Preparing Daily reports for my performance measurements.• Raising invoice after confirmation of the joined candidates.
