Worked on the construction phase of Marina Bay Sands casino. A major part of my role was coordination between different consultants, attending site meetings, making decisions and communicating these decisions to everyone involved. This included RFI's, and change references which were documented by making changes to existing drawings based on unexpected site conditions. Regular contact with suppliers and weekly maintenance of the FFE schedules to meet with the ongoing changes and issuances to contractors.

Conceptualisation of custom details for fire and water elements such that every spa designed by us could offer a unique signature treatment. Our speciality was to create environments which evoke feeling and emotion. Creating custom details and ensuring they were built in the right manner was our speciality. Being a design build firm, I was exposed to all phases of design form conception to documentation to final handover of the site.
