 Providing L1 and L2 network support for NCR Corporation across the globe having 600+ locations. Managing customer network 24*7 and responsible for troubleshooting, opening tickets and follow up with ISP across the Globe for Circuit related issues. Responsible for Closure of tickets through Remedy Ticketing System as per SLA  Maintaining and submitting weekly, monthly incident database to NCR Corporation. Responsible to attending weekly, monthly meetings with customer management regarding project progress. To manage Network, Subnets, Host, DNS using Nortel’s NETID. Handling problems related to Remote users for IVPN.

 Deputed at ISP : Sify Ltd.as project engineer for implementing WAN links of various corporate customers. Responsible for installing, implementing and establishing VPN/IPVPN network systems via Leased Line, ISDN and Broadband. Responsible for feasibility test and then implementing the WAN connectivity using Leased line, Broadband as per test results. Responsible for establishing end-to-end connectivity like raising IP request , preparing the config , implementing backbone connectivity to Data Center with the help of Tier2 team and then submission of UAT(User Acceptance Test) report. Implementing Backup links on ISDN for all the sites. Implementing of Digital certificate (CA) across all the sites of OICL.

 Deputed at Wipro InfoTech to manage the network infrastructure of their client. Managed 60+ bank sites across Northern region of India. Responsible for planning,configuring and implementing network devices for any new branch in the region. Worked as HUB engineer to provide remote support to Bank user’s as well as field engineer to visit the sites whenever required. Worked as per Incident Management process to meet response and resolution SLA for all the tickets, also responsible for escalating problem tickets for chronical issues to Core team. Responsible for troubleshooting all the LAN isssues as well as first level diagnosis of Windows Server 2k and WAN issues like lease line/ISDN.
