Roles & Responsibilities:( Flipkart Hyperlocal , Quick Commerce , Flipkart Minutes Everything Delivered in 10 Minutes )•HR Operations Management:- Oversee HR operations for 10 stores, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day HR activities for 200 employees.•Vendor Management: - Manage 20 vendors responsible for hiring processes, Coordinate with vendors for interviewing, onboarding employees, and handling recruitment operations, Onboard employees through vendors and ensure effective communication with them.•Attendance Management:- Ensure employee attendance is accurately recorded and managed digitally.•Salary Disbursement:- Oversee timely salary payments and resolve any related issues.•New Vendor Recruitment:- Source and recruit new vendors as required for the hiring process.•Grievance Handling:- Address employee grievances and ensure proper resolution.•New Store Development:- Develop and set up new stores, managing the end-to-end process to ensure the store is operational.•Recruitment Management:- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring that the staffing needs of the stores are met efficiently.•Coordination with Stakeholders:- Maintain clear communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.•Offer Letters & ESIC Cards:- Ensure that offer letters and ESIC cards are issued to employees in a timely manner.•Disciplinary Actions:- Take necessary disciplinary actions, including issuing warning letters when required.•Offboarding:- Handle the offboarding process for employees due to absconding, resignation, contract termination, demise, or any other reason.

• Responsible for screening and selecting candidates.• Coordinating with Clients.• Taking Care of End- to - End Recruitment.• Preparing and maintaining the Daily trackers of candidates.• Making Follow up with Candidates for daily Interviews and Joining.• Offer finalization and generate offer letter.• Achieving the Monthly Targets (1stMonth Employee of The Month)• Responsible to achieve the weekly/monthly Metrics & targets.• Sourcing profiles from various channels like Job portals – Naukri, Apna,Job Hai, Referrals, Institutes, Networking sites, Direct walk-in etc.• Utilizes best practices in recruitment to attract maximum response against vacancies• Salary negotiations with the candidates for the closure.• More than 50% of hiring have been done through direct sourcing channels and referrals to maintain low hiring cost.• BPO recruitment done for -both Voice and Non-voice processes, Voice quality across levels.
