Dharan leads workshops throughout New Zealand and has delivered training in three Middle East countries. Dharan is inspired by the evidence that being successful in work and in life depends more on our self-awareness and ability to relate well to others, rather than just on our technical knowledge and expertise.As a senior contract trainer with three companies, Dharan is a specialist in team facilitation skills, and integrating mindful awareness of self and others. With expertise in handling difficult issues, his methods work for people across all cultures. His clients include all types of organisations including government departments. He trains and coaches leaders and organisational staff in how to create more authentic relationships both with colleagues and clients.He is a registered counsellor, holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Professional Development, BA, Dip Tchg, with Certificates in Adult Teaching, Educational Supervision and Conflict Resolution. He is a member of NZAC and NZATD, and is an accredited facilitator with Ovio Mindful Solutions.Recreationally he enjoys kite surfing and exploring forests, rivers and beaches for the perfect photograph.
