My work experience has been focused on the Mining and cement industries, designing and supplying the open gearing solution to customers and user end around the globe. Field service and manufacturing experience have helped enhance my gearing skill along with continued learning.As part of my role as Product specialist for gears, I am Responsible for the design, manufacture, inspection, and installation of cylindrical gears and pinions used on Cement and Mining equipment such as rotary mills, kilns, dryers, and coolers.Evaluation of existing Open gears of Cement and Mining rotary kilns and mills. Evaluate technical suitability of Existing open gears and provide technical solutions.The activities include troubleshooting manufacturing and field-related issues, initiating/reviewing design modifications, and resolving equipment issues for clients in appropriate manner.
