My name is Dhara Shah and I’m an MHI graduate from the University of Toronto as well as an iBBA graduate from the Schulich School of Business with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour.As someone with an academic background in business and healthcare I am interested in combining both skillsets to help the implementation of technology and efficiency measures within healthcare. Through my recent position as the Project Consultant for the Emergency Departments of William Osler Health Systems I have experience planning a 3 phase agile project for the improvement of the ambulatory treatment centres for one of the busiest ER's in the country. This experience has allowed for me to collaborate with a cross functional ED team ranging from healthcare professionals, the administrative team, management as well as the IS department to formulate a project plan.
