-Created and launched a brand new department from scratch that grew into 40% of total company revenue-Pivotal member of the Executive Product Portfolio team - planned the next 5 years of curriculum, classes, programming, and the general direction of the Climbing & Fitness Department for the entire company-Made improvements to programming, scheduling, staffing and pricing-Recruited, hired, and managed a team of 65+ climbing instructors, personal trainers, group exercise instructors, yoga instructors, and coordinators.-Mentored Fitness Coordinator to utilize staff, taking into account the unique qualities and creating ways to employ and integrate those skills into staff training, the community experience and creativity within training sessions etc.-Collaborated with Management Teams to train and audit all staff with the necessary information to show/tell/embody the mission and vision of the BKB fitness philosophy-Was accountable for all records pertaining to the operations of Climbing and Fitness at facility location-Worked with fellow Climbing and Fitness Team to continually assess programs and proactively implement improvements-Was responsible for planning and executing Climbing and Fitness events with co-creation from local Marketing and Events teams.-Managed and improved schedules, class times and expectations of such-Provided weekly payroll, commissions, time clock hours, and sales details to the Controller for payroll execution-Ensured training standards for instructors are being met and maintained, for areas including but not limited to community experience, Climbing Wall Instructor training, and CPT certifications-Monitored P&L and utilization tracker for facility's Climbing & Fitness activities.
