GIH has invested over $200 million of equity in the US market acquiring a packaging company, an ambulance manufacturer and approximately $500 million of real estate. Innovest's real estate portfolio has included medical office, limited service hotel, apartment, condominium and retail properties. GIH is a listed company based in Kuwait City that primarily invests within the Gulf Cooperation Council states (including Kuwait, Oman, UAE, Bahrain, and Saudia Arabia) and the USA.
