Formerly, as Head of Retail Marketing Strategy, Dan led the development and implementation of go-to-market & client retention strategies and planning for all Retail client segments, products and services, and acquisition marketing for Personal Advisor Services/other offerings. He has exceeded growth/retention goals each year, and contributed to the Division’s success.Before, Dan was Senior Manager in Retail Mktg & the Division’s Head of Advice Mktg, leading go-to-market planning/delivery for the launch of Personal Advisor Services (a top-priority then and now). In both roles he exceeded growth objectives & completed foundational work.Previously, as VP, Online Marketing, First National Bank of Omaha, Dan contributed to growth by creating a marketing strategy framework. He increased reach by creating/launching an Internet bank/delivering additional products under its brand, and met/exceeded all financial goals.Earlier, as VP, Marketing, Direct Segment, HSBC Bank USA, N.A./HSBCdirect.com, Dan increased new account/deposit acquisition through media planning/optimization, forecasting & online creative development; was a key contributor to launching a successful new Online Savings product.Before joining HSBC, Dan had e-business leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and earlier he founded an online agency & website design firm that generated $2.5M+ in revenue before merging with Bugeye Creative.Dan has a BA from Colgate University, Hamilton, NY & an MBA from Saint Joseph's University, Philadelphia.
