A human brain is a crazy place, and whenever I hear about any project, three things fascinate me the most: Time, Cost, and Quality. I am Dharm Bhatt, currently pursuing a Postgraduate program in Advanced Construction Management from one of the most reputed institutes of India, in the field of Construction Management NICMAR, Pune. Aspiring to become a Techno-Manager, I have chosen this field.I am a young, motivational individual who is passionate about the Construction Industry and believe in maintaining a balance between technical as well as managerial skills. At NICMAR, I am shaping myself to fit appropriately in the industry to become an asset to the company. Previously, I was working as a Project Engineer at a consultancy company for a period of one year. Where, my major work was focused on,- Site inspection, - Project coordination,- Estimation,- Billing,- Project tracking, and- Making reports and business presentations. Regardless of the period of the tenure, I have enjoyed my work and found my interest and pre-existing management skills, and decided to move towards becoming a Techno-Manager. Outside of work, I love to read, sing, and to motivate people around me. I am obsessed with being organized and making everyone's life easier by motivating them or making them feel relaxed with me. It brings such a genuine joy to my heart. Work is no different, this skill also helps me to create harmony among my team members.
