Aerobiosys Innovations is a startup company incubated at IIT Hyderabad. Working with top international institutes has been a tremendous experience, allowing me to delve into technology development and exploration.My role involves tackling conceptual and practical design challenges, leading projects from the initial concept phase to the final product. Additionally, I concentrate on regulations and standards related to medical devices for post-market approval. Currently, I am collaborating with IIT Madras to further enhance our endeavors. This diverse experience has not only broadened my skill set but has also provided me with valuable insights into cutting-edge technologies and regulatory compliance in the field of medical devices.

During my tenure at Whirlpool, I gained valuable experience in World Class Manufacturing and its associated audit processes. This experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of various key aspects, including root cause analysis, MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), machine design maintenance, 5S methodology, and failure analysis.Engaging in these areas has not only enhanced my technical proficiency but has also equipped me with the skills necessary for efficient problem-solving and process optimization. I am confident that the knowledge and expertise I have acquired during my time at Whirlpool will contribute significantly to any role that requires a strong foundation in World Class Manufacturing practices.
