- Assisted main trainers in programmes such as Student Leadership, Design Thinking, Study Skills, Motivational, etc. - Led discussion and provided coaching advice to the participants during the activities.- Liaised with Singapore Kindness Movement to support and empower students to lead their school in kindness campaign over 6 months.

- Conducted weekly Math Olympiad training in appointed government school.- Conducted ad-hoc outdoor programmes such as Math in real life (using Kite making, bowling games, etc) as well as Math trails to various places in Singapore.

- Main responsibility includes prospect calling, subject preview for parents/students, coordinating with Admin for student’s sign up and class allocation.- Designed and developed "Algebra X-pert" Workshop for Lower Secondary Math.- Conducted the Power Revision Program for PSLE Math in June 2018 and June 2019.- Assisting the Power Revision Program for O level Add Math in June 2018 and June 2019.- Curriculum Development for Upper Primary and Lower Secondary Math.- Leading the team as Project Manager for Power Up Day (Intensive yet fun thematic-based learning) in March 2019.- Involved in the planning of 2017 and 2018 PSLE Graduation Party.
