Developing the Global Data & Analytics strategy focusing R&D and Commercial to begin. The strategy addresses data sourcing strategy (external and internal) and ingestion, key domain identification, data governance, and role management (including but not limited to data scientists, data analysts, and stewards). We have embarked on process and technology harmonization across functions & and subfunctions within R&D and Commercial, for reporting, advanced analytics, and cognitive AI capabilities to enable insights and data-driven decision-making

◾️ Drive enterprise-level data governance aligned with the Sanofi business process based Operating Model in collaboration with executive leadership, business unit heads, and global process owners. ◾️ Manage product line to support business departments’ needs for Metadata Management, Data Quality, Master Data Solutions, and Data Democratization. ◾️ Lead matrixed team of multiple internal reports and vendor team of 60+ staff while heading full product line portfolio and controlling multimillion-Euro annual budget. ◾️ Direct strategic planning, long-range planning, and business case development for the product line. ◾️ Serve as data risk management coordinator on the Enterprise Risk Management team.

◾️ Oversaw five product owners, 10 cross-functional internal team members, and approximately 50 external members. ◾️ Guided solutions development to support product data flows across global value chain and for product master data as the foundation, enabling R&D/global regulatory needs (Product Composition, IDMP), supply chain efficiency, and commercial insights.

◾️ Steered digital strategy spanning Business Development & Innovation, as well as Global Insights & Analytics.

◾️ Developed Clinical Business Technology Strategy that incorporated industry trends for business and technology capabilities based on sound architectural principles. ◾️ Managed Run-Build-Transform aspects of Clinical Technology Portfolio and controlled multimillion Euro annual budget spanning six different cost categories.◾️ Formed first internal crowd-sourced innovation practice for 2,400 associate across 40+ countries for innovation pilots with an annual funding of €1.8 million

◾️ Led large integration program in support of R&D Discovery Division that included seven projects and team of approximately 150 members including internal associates and external contractors across three countries and five locations.

◾️ Teamed with stakeholders in transverse project launch prioritization efforts and operational level agreements (OLAs). ◾️ Collaborated with local and global infrastructure teams to establish OLAs in support of overall requirements. ◾️ Guided application development for various applications teams across global locations.

◾️ Designed and planned launch of Sybase Financial Fusion server for banking and bill pay at various financial institutions. ◾️ Led development teams and assumed accountability for integrating solution into an institution's existing landscape.

◾️ Devised and executed quarterly reporting system for investment partners division using Sybase open client architecture with Sybase backend and programming in C++.
