Merakit Mimpi, literally translating to "assembling dreams", is a continuation and rebrand of several youth empowerment projects ranging from 2017 entitled "Empower to Change". Prior to Merakit Mimpi, our founders began as a small group of friends from the outskirts of Jakarta who share a passion for youth empowerment and led projects ranging from English Literacy to Sustainability. Together, Merakit Mimpi grew into a community of young SDG goalkeepers working under the sustainable development framework to accomplish one shared dream: empowering the youth to empower Indonesia. • Co-founded and co-led an education initiative, "Merakit Mimpi", aimed to educate Indonesian youths about sustainable development, foster passion in the SDGs, and equip and mobilise Indonesian youths to take action upon national issues. • Organised a sustainable development learning framework driven by the "Systemic Iceberg Model", a simple tool that helps unravel complexity and discover the root causes of system behaviour.• Presented the initiative as a Student Speaker in the SPK Association of Schools’ 5th National Convention.

• As the first and only Indonesian Global Finalist at the Wharton Global Youth Investment Competition, our team, Wu-Tang Capital, acted as social media campaigners for IndoPremier, Indonesia's largest securities company. • Spearheaded IPOT’s media engagement on youth financial literacy (#SemuaBisaInvestasi campaign) for youth using Instagram. • Alongside team, curated bimonthly content regarding investing, financial independence, etc to be uploaded on the Wu-Tang Capital Instagram page, @WuTangCapital.
