As a Head of Division 1 at BEM FEB Unud i have a duty to Led and managed a team of three department heads within BEM FEB Unud, specifically Studiy & Strategic Action Department, Education, Research & Development Department, and Public Relations & Protocoler Department.- Delegated tasks effectively, provided guidance and support to department heads, and fostered a collaborative and productive team environment.- Developed and implemented a comprehensive vision and strategy for Division 1, aligning it with the overall goals of BEM FEB Unud.- Monitored and evaluated the performance of each department, implementing corrective actions where necessary.

- Collaborating with BEM FEB throughout Bali in creating a study which has been submitted to the Bali Provincial Government.- Create infographics and videos for students and the public about issues that are happening and have been views by 12000+ and likes by 1800+ users on Instagram- Analyze and create studies on issues that are currently happening in the faculty and globally- Execute Focus Group Discussions and Consolidation Meetings with other organizations at the university

Porseni Dies Natalis Kontingen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Udayana is a work program owned by BEM FEB Unud to prepare contingents from FEB Unud to compete in the Porseni Dies Natalis Udayana University event.- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of various publications, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.- Utilize graphic design tools to create visually appealing and effective communication materials.- Implement photo shoots for the FEB Unud contingent and documenting every event and match.

Equilibrium International Talk (Equitalk) 2023 is a webinar work program owned by BEM FEB Unud which in 2023 has increased to the international stage and in order to increase knowledge and develop soft skills for students and the public. - Leading and coordinating various critical divisions with overall 15+ members to ensure the workflow and success of the event.- Fostered partnerships and collaborations with institutions and organizations to broaden the event's network.- Attracting 900+ participants from both within and outside the country.

Udayana Market Town is a festival of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) held by BEM PM Udayana University in order to promote businesses from SME in Bali and also students at Udayana University.
