A Real Estate Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of real estate properties, ensuring efficient management, compliance with regulations, and smooth coordination between stakeholders for optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Working as Subject matter expert in Central team and Taking care of 10 Commercials sites and 6 Luxurious malls.  Support to Building and Malls team in various Audit BSC, SPAD, KMPG, ISO, Dupont, and 3rd Party Audit Electrical, Fire & Safety Audit. Track the 52 Weeks PPM calendar of all commercials sites and Malls to ensure the quality PPM of Equipment’s. Track the Breakdown status of all commercial’s sites and Malls to ensure the timely closure of breakdowns. Analysis the DMR Reports of all sites and submission the Complied report to Management. Analysis the Monthly energy and other technical reports for MAMR presentation. Track the Annual Training plan vs actual to impart the training 100% of all commercial’s sites and Malls
