Dharmender Yadav, a seasoned hotelier turned entrepreneur, brings with him over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His core area of expertise is hotel technical and design services. He has worked with many of the leading hospitality brands in the world such as Marriott, Carlson, Accor, Taj, ITC, IHG, Premier Inn and StayWell. Having held several top positions for these brands, he has worked with clients and hotel staff from local communities and cities all over India as well as in Europe , Asia and Australia.Harnessing an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the dynamics of how different international hotel chains operate and function, he founded DY Hospitality in 2016 to handhold hotel owners whether greenfield projects, property conversions or hotel operations .DY’s guiding philosophy is converting his client’s ideas into reality. He believes that functional well-designed spaces should guarantee all required parameters at best minimum per key cost without sacrificing any of the brand standards or quality. With his hands-on approach, DY and his team of experts work with hotel owners and property developers to invest in people, culture and product upkeep to create a success story.Dharmender aligned his passion for art with his hotel businesses to found Arts and Hues. He drives the art consultancy business and motivates the team to create new art experiences that adapt to and address evolving demands of the guests.
