BRADY SERVICES PVT. LTD:-  Responsible for smooth functioning of all system. Responsible for preparation of PM Schedule and its execution. Responsible for arranging the work permit & shut down for monthly/yearly PMs as per planned PM Schedule.  Responsible for execute the PMs as per planned PM Schedule.  Planning and implementation for the energy saving/management.  In case of fault, restore supply to other area from alternate power source. Preparing of duty roster of respective staff. Responsible for leave of shift & PM staff who is working with him. Training to subordinate staff on HT/LT Substation equipments for O&M. Organize regular tool talks for subordinate staff with safety officer coordination. Check validity of testing equipment before use & train subordinate staff for proper testing procedures. Preparation of Root cause analysis for incidents and include it for predictive/preventive maintenance during scheduled annual PM. To train and direct subordinate staff to follow SOP’s while carrying out O&M works. Check & update history sheets of equipment and carryout planned work as per observation in coordination with Client team In charge. To plan implementation of 5’s/Kaizen procedures and train staff on follow up. Regularly coordinate with SCADA in charge for substation level status & implementation of software/hardware. Follow up with Client for Spare parts and with BSPL Store Keeper for required consumables etc. For timely implementation of PM’s/Breakdowns
