JOB PROFILE:• To booking and monitoring all accounting entries Purchase, Bank payment & Receipts, Cash Payments and Journal entries.• To maintain Bank Book and Bank reconciliation daily basis with online banking. • To prepare fund flow / cash flow statement monthly.• To prepare monthly bank stock statement.• To Prepare GST working for the Filling of GSTR 1 and Monthly GST 3 B return.• To Prepare GSTR 2A monthly reconciliation.• To prepare Sales Tax working for assessment, refund cases and business audit. • To prepare VAT working monthly.• To E-filling monthly & quarterly VAT Returns.• To prepare yearly Vat Audit Statement.• Quarterly online application for “C” and “E” and “H” form at sales tax department.• To prepare Service Tax (GTA) and others services working for online payment. • To prepare Service Tax Return working and filling six monthly returns.• To prepare documents for service tax assessments.• To prepare Profession Tax working and filling monthly return.• To prepare a Profession Tax assessment papers and working.• To prepare TDS working and online payment in every month.• To Filling TDS return quarterly basis.• Preparing TDS Computation of employees.• Download forms 16 and 16A quarterly and issue the deductee.• To prepare working of TDS notices received from IT Dept and Traces TDS Circle. • To prepare salary and deposit in the bank or maintaining all records.• Monthly payment of PF, ESIC and Profession Tax challan through online mode.• Daily follow up with debtors for “C” forms, outstanding balances and payments.• To prepare creditors payments as per the PO credit terms.• Daily scrutiny of travelling and other advances and expense. • Reconciliation of ledgers & forex / import payments.• To prepare custom duty payments through online banking.• To prepare Bank Guarantee documents and Security deposit and Earnest Money Deposit related to CIL Tender and Orders.• To co-ordinate with officers in the Finalization of Balance sheet.
