- Organizing Inspection Activities as per laid down procedure for entire product range of the company ( i.e. GLS & FTL Lamps ) - Timely reporting (verbal / through reports) of process / product deviations to the production departments for corrective / preventive actions.- Organizing Incoming Inspection of ( selected ) Raw Materials as per prescribed norms andtimely reporting to Materials Management for necessary corrective / preventive action. - Organizing Final Product Inspection by Outside Agency such as BIS, SGS etc. - Responsible for maintaining Training Record of In house & Outside agencies.- Control of Inspection, Measuring, Test Equipments and their calibration from out side agencies. - Handling of Internal and External quality complaints.

• Maintaining consistency by process controlling.• Controlling the process by using QC tools such as TPM, TQM, SQC, Quality Circle, Pareto Analysis etc.• In coming raw material inspection and all such correspondence with suppliers.• On line wastage analysis and packing waste analysis.• Maintaining all BIS records preparation for in house BIS sample inspection and from out side BIS approved laboratories and all other official correspondence with the bureau.• Market survey regarding quality matters.
