Job Responsibilities/Skill sets A) Design & Development Leading in basic engineering activities like checking and reviewing equipment datasheets, GAD, piping design basis in-line with PFDs, P&IDs.Technical support to Proposal and Sales department in pre order stage for weight estimation of the equipment Engaged in FEA analysis of various equipment like lamella separator, dewatering thickener, water tank, Dissolved air floatation tank, solid contact clarifier etc. by using software STAAD-pro, API Standard and finalizing stiffening sizes, plate thickness etc.Engaged in Design of the Steel Structure of above component by using software STAAD-PRO by considering loading condition as per UBC and BS standard. Designing foundation related parts like foundation /anchor bolt, base plate etc. Decide basic sizing and preparing parts catalog of equipment like Scrapper chain conveyor, pump, ejector, valves etc.Design of bolted connection, splice plate connection
