Conduct tasks related with maintenance and operations team. Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs. Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as well as programmable logic control (PLC)&DCS systems.

• Involved in commissioning, Loop checking, calibration, Function test activity, Punch clearance.• Worked on Engineering Drawings, /Loop Diagrams, /P&ID Drawings, Logic Diagram /Hook up • Troubleshooting of Process Instrumentation.• Responsible in commissioning of different process instrument and start-up related activities.• Interface Vendor Instrument Testing teams during Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning.• Involve in Site Acceptance Test,• Prepared Instrument Functional Loop Test procedures & Loop packs required for Commissioning of the equipment facility.• Trouble shooting and rectification of faulty loops both in field instrument, marshaling cabinets and control cabinets.• Interfaces with other disciplines and third parties.• Perform documentation works and do as-built drawings• Responsible for safety, safe working practices and environmental issues in all the areas.• Maintain & up-date the instrument overrides records.
