Transmission Project on BOOM basis:- Actively involved in the government's initiative for private participation in transmission projects.- Handled pre-bid activities such as tendering, pricing finalization, and vendor negotiations.- Secured a syndicated loan of Rs. 4000 crores for the East North Interconnected Line project from multiple banks.- Achieved competitive interest rates for the loan.- Oversaw contract finalization with EPC and equipment suppliers.- Planned for metal hedging to manage risks.B.
