Handling all purchase activity's

1) Performing Inspection of power transformer tank erection and fabrication (40MVA).Stage wiseInspection of fabrication like raw material identification. 2) Dimension Verification, welding, NDT tests (Dye Penetrate), Pressure-Vacuum test, leakage test,shot blasting and Paint Inspection as per approved Quality Plan & General Arrangement of Drawings. 3) Coordinating with Client and Third party inspection. 4) Reviewing of all drawings and documents. 5) Performing Adhesion test, ensuring of Coating surface preparation applied with in accordance.6) With client specification (Paint scheme, paint shade etc.), Recording thickness measurements usingElko-meter Preparation of Coating Inspection Reports. 7) Attending all activities on ground Level and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure. 8)Monitoring the QA/ QC Documentation of the fabrications stages and ensure that all activities areincorporated to their systems on daily basis nd can be traced according to projects requirements.

1) Planning schedule for production on the daily basis and managing them according to daily productiontargets. 2) Minimizing daily rejection / rework percentage in assembly line of the products. 3. Coordinate with Quality person with proper R- Q.C. & participating to First part approval process. 4) Monitoring critical shortage for required production materials, & inform to the store person viaRequisition or indent. 5) Prepared and process product reports on targeted value, also implementing 5S, kaizen, poka-yoke inshop 6) Dealing with customer complaints and taking corrective action to avoid such incidents in future. 7) Be responsible for item inventory for the raw materials. 8) Discussed major constraints related to quality and material shortages in daily board meetings.
