The main focus of this application was to streamline processes and technology, ultimately making it easier for Halliburton’s people to do their job better. This framework provides end to end solution from proposal generation to invoicing. Project Name: Unified Desktop: Unified desktop was a framework developed for call center executives. This framework was replacement of Microsoft CCF (Customer care framework). It was designed to integrate, automate and bring frequently used different applications by call center executive in one umbrella and SSO concept. This was developed to reduce training cost and reduce AHT (average handling time). It was a very successful project and was adopted by all Airtel call centers across India and Sri Lanka by almost 30K active users. It has capability to automate web application, windows application, applet application and putty application.Responsibilities• Involved in analysis of problem statement and solution designing.• Designed and implemented adapters to integrate web application and windows application using C# library with framework.• Implemented multithreaded C# components to track and log activities done by call center executive.• Implemented password manager module using WinForms, C# and IBM DB2 database to support SSO feature with this Framework.• Designed and implemented admin module in ASP.Net and IBM DB2 database.
