• Material planning, scheduling & organizing procurement from domestic & overseas sources ensuring timely delivery. • Negotiation with freight forwarder.• Import Planning, Scheduling, PO processing, PO acknowledgement, shipment planning, freight forwarder nomination, shipment tracking, shipment receiving, shipment verification with packing list & invoice.• Regular monitoring of In-transit/Pipe line shipments, open orders.• Tracking of shipments coming through overseas vendor.• Issuing material to production department.• Maintaining FIFO in stores.• Generating MRN for the material coming in stores.• Price analysis & negotiation, Finalization of purchasing term considering the company policy.• Review of creditor’s sheet with Finance Dept. to ensure timely payment of Local & Overseas vendors.• Alternate sourcing/Developing of parts/tools of old model.• Co-ordination with QA dept. to enhance the effectiveness of new suppliers.• Dispatch Planning and Controlling

• Vehicle Planning & scheduling. • Team Leading.• Review of creditor’s sheet with Finance Dept. to ensure timely payment of vendors and Drivers.• Regular monitoring of In-transit/Pipe line shipments.• Alternate sourcing/Developing of new vendors.• Price analysis & negotiation, Finalization of transporting term considering the company policy.• Issue resolving by visiting costumer end.• Vehicle tracking.• Vehicle Placing according FIFO.

• Material planning, scheduling & organizing procurement from domestic & overseas sources ensuring timely delivery. • Regular correspondence with overseas supplier to keep the update on shipment status.• Negotiation with freight forwarder to award the air or sea rate contract for each zone.• Import Planning, Scheduling, PO processing, PO acknowledgement, shipment planning, freight forwarder nomination, shipment tracking, co-ordination with CHA for custom clearance process, prior documents filling, check list verification, duty arrangement, shipment receiving, shipment verification with packing list & invoice.• Regular monitoring of In-transit/Pipe line shipments, open orders.• Tracking of shipments coming through overseas vendor.• Issuing material to production department.• Maintaining FIFO in stores.• Generating MRN for the material coming in stores.• Price analysis & negotiation, Finalization of purchasing term considering the company policy.• Review of creditor’s sheet with Finance Dept. to ensure timely payment of Local & Overseas vendors.• Alternate sourcing/Developing of parts/tools of old model.• Co-ordination with QA dept. to enhance the effectiveness of new suppliers.
