Maintenance of PLC S7- 300 with fail safe module and VFD of Siemens make of model - Sinamics G-120D and various types of Inductive and photo electric sensors and pneumatic sensor, Cylinders used in conveyor system.Operation & Support of (Make- Fanuc) 2000Rib (Cap.-165F) sport welding Robot and (Cap.-205F) Hemming Robot.Maintenance of ASU (Air Supply Unit) & ASP (Air Supply Plant) and Exhaust Blowers with 90 to 200 KW motors.Maintenance of Water & Chemical Circulation Pump, Spray Pump with (Mechanical Seal and gland) 18.5 to 45KW.Monitoring & Handling vibration balancing of All ASU, Exhaust, Pump & Motors as per ISO 16816 Standard.Monitoring & Handling quality gate LUX Level Maintaining, ELCB testing & Rectification, Thermography & Rectification.
