Troubleshoot & diagnose cause of electrical/electronic malfunction or failure of production equipment as problems occur. Take action with sense of urgency to keep production running and minimize down time. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to restart production. Play an important role in errection and commissioning of nonwoven machines. Preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines. Spare management for cost reduction. Prepare yearly Budget for machine spares and indent for required machine spare. Involved in Purchase & sourcing activities. Prepare schedule for machine & plant maintenance. Work allotment to subordinators and reporting to director (technical). Analysis of repeated breakdowns. Responsible for maintenance of Humidification Plant. Involved in in-house repairing of Electronic goods.
