- Organizing, managing, and leading multiple project implementations in a fast- paced IT environment across multiple functional teams.- Government Project Managment ( managing projects at IPRD-Jharkhand, Directorate of Municipal Administration UDHD- GoJ & Central Institute of Psychiatry-Kanke GoI) Liasoning with government officials for smooth operation of project.- Managing and technical anchoring of the team including their task scheduling, rating and management.- Monitoring & Reporting for over all progress of project to HO management, discuss any new changes required.-Working as bridge between HO Management and Clients.- Documentation and billing support and resolve related issues by coordinating between HO Managment & Clients.- Ensuring Client satisfaction and handling client communication including weekly status calls.- Marketing and presentation for new projects, tender and new projects information gathering and discuss with HO Management.- Field visit & finding issues and concerns for quick resolution, operations management and new changes and issues resolution.- Tracking and reviewing teams performance by conducting periodic review for all the areas and ensure they adhere to the delivery schedule and other objectives.

- Liasoning & Relationship building with IOCL & HPCL- GM, CRM, AM & SO for successful implementation of Projects. - Give Presentation to IOCL & HPCL- GM, CRM, A.O, Manager’s & SO’s about the project, Co-ordinate with them and solve their queries and implement solution in the field & also do presentation to business development partners, distributers & their staffs. -Travelling to all places and do implementation, training, payment collection & support related activities & assures the client satisfaction. - Coordinate with the product specialization team for any up-gradation or changes required in the field / client-side & Resolving all billing and payment related issues of Distributor’s & Channel Partners. - Coordinate with the Digital Transaction Partners (Phi Commerce, Mosambee, and EZY TAP) for speedy recovery digital transaction problems of HPCL & IOCL Distributers for cashless transactions. - Provide data & reports of Distributor’s (deliveries, payments, punching counts & digital transactions information, etc.) to IOCL & HPCL- GM, CRM, A.O, Manager’s & SO’s and discuss their performance on daily basis to increase the performance. - Collection of Training ad AMC charges as per guideline of Project Head & provide help & support to IOCL & HPCL Distributor’s for Bank Account for implementation of mPOS / Q Phone for speedy resolution to bank POS related issues/ problems. - Daily usage & performance monitoring of IOCL & HPCL Distributor’s and discuss with them to increases their performance on regular basis.
