Collaborates & aligns with regional counterparts in Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain, Finance & associated support functions to ensure that operational efficiency is achieved.Facilitates strategic selection & efficient management of Distribution, Retail & Sales Market Partners across the region to enhance value & optimization of the distribution channels in return reducing costDefines & implements efficient country specific sales & growth targets, both internally (sales team) & externally (distributor management), in collaboration with the relevant Business Manager(s), counterpart Regional Marketing Manager & the Zonal Manager, AP South East, South West, Central, North East and North West in Nigeria and Punjab and west Uttar Pradesh in India Oversees the implement & management of an efficient regional sales cost budget, following the strategic rules of engagement, with specific focus on resource allocation between “Seed, Harvest & Grow” country segments, in collaboration with the Zonal Manager, Sales Officer in Nigeria and India Maintains an efficient product-customer-country-regional specific sales forecasting model, that accurately feeds into Valency International Trading Pte’s Global Forecasting toolPro-actively supports the positive development of the current & future product & service portfolio, in collaboration with counterparts in Marketing & Technical ServicesMaximizes market coverage & profitability in defined strategic segments, whilst keeping costs to a minimum (where necessary, market/customer segmentation to be steered & finalized as priority topics in focus countries, in collaboration with NSM’s, local Marketing Leads & Head of Marketing
