Preparing Circuit Design and Bill of Material based on Customer inputs.6. Preparing timely Techno-commercial offers and interact with customers as needed.7. Participating for technical discussion and negotiations at customer place8. Preparation of conceptual drawings – P&ID, General Assembly Drawing.9. preparing engineering documents, Manufacturing drawing, 2D CAD & 3D Solid model, Piping layout & fittings list, Bill of material, Component Data sheets, SAP activities, doing design Failure mode effect analysis & material and manufacturing process selection. 10. Release of drawings internally and externally for all projects as per the activity chart. 11. Obtaining drawing approvals from customers / consultants 12. Preparing time & cost estimates for the projects.13. Providing technical support to Manufacturing team in the assembly process & testing.14. Providing technical support to customer for installation & testing the machine.15. Analyzing competitor’s product/technologies and identify suitable competitive offering from company’s offering.16. Resolving technical issues and road blocks impacting assigned projects with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.17. As-built drawing preparation for the systems and standardization of the applications.18. Operation and manual preparation for the systems and submission to customer as per the requirements.19. Handle design activities in line with ISO 9001:2015 design control procedures and documentation as per QMS standard20. Managing response time to customers and project completion times effectively
