Sending reports to the top management.ü Carry out design calculation of hydraulic systems & selection of components.ü Preparing the circuit diagram, bill of materials, part & detailed assembly drawings to suit customer requirement.ü Maintaining coordination with different departments, interacting with outside sales and customers for getting the drawing approvals. ü Preparing project proposals on behalf of marketing department for various sectors like power, steel mill, machine tool and plastics.ü Preparing time & cost estimates for the projects. Engaging with the team in understanding customer requirements. Looking for solutions within the existing product range / variants to meet these requirements competitively. Validating the integrity and accuracy of the output as per assigned project requirements. Providing solutions for assigned customer projects to select/design from company’s product range to meet customer application requirement. Providing technical advice to entire team on product specifications and application suitability to match/exceed customer’s specification and application / performance requirements
