Responsible for project execution, starting from Order receipt to dispatch. Main part under this profile is, client co-ordination, shop co-ordination, material indenting, scheduling, sub-contracting, cost controlling, audit handling, followup with inter department and customer, change management,MIS and progress related meetings organizied and report prepared and submitted to various platform.

I was worked as shop floor engineer for first six month and then transferred in the estimation department.In shop floor , I will be looking manpower distribution according to the planning and monitor the execution as per set target.To resolve the drawing query and convey the same to workmen.Consumable issue according to MOC, Process and Joint.Attend daily review meeting conducted by HOD.
