Position: Joined as “Electrical Engineer.Job Profile: Understanding the BOQ and quoting for all types of LT panels like APFC panel, PCC panel, MCC panel , Fire Fighting panels , Changeover panel. Lighting Panel, PLC,Panel, Junction Box. DDC Panel. VFD BYPASS Panel, Managing and handling the installation of panels at site. Handling techno- commercial negotiation with the clients. Understanding the BOQ of Electrical Tendering of Commercial & residential Buildings & providing quotation for the same. Preliminary review of Project contract documents, checking design drawings and specifications to assess the scope of the project. Inspecting the fabrication & testing the panels, arranging the dispatch of the panels, preparing the test report and bill and submitting it to the client.  Managing and handling the installation of panels at site. Visiting sites for servicing of panels & preparing service report. Having vast knowledge of Electrical products of major switchgears brands like Siemens , L & T , Schneider, GE, HPL, C & S, Havells, Legrand , etc. Preparation of technical enquiries and floating it to manufacturers / Suppliers to receive competitive pricing with regular enquiry follow ups. Checking the compliance of the received quotations in accordance with the enquiry Sent to check for any deviations. Making Cost comparison in case of multiple offers to select technically and commercially suitable proposals for the project. Was responsible for execution & dispatching the panels Procurement of the switchgears, busbars, wires etc. Drawing of the GA & SLD diagram in Auto Cad. Software & AutoCAD – 2000 & 2014.
