 Sadara chemical company is world largest scale petrochemical complex ever built in single phase. Looking for two world large scale incinerators each having firing capacity 67 MW Supplied by John-Zink KEU,Germany. Followed by waste heat boilers having capacity of generation 59 t/hrs steam production rate at 22 bar pressure and 300’C temperature and inclusion with spray quencher,HCL Absorber, Caustic scrubber and selective catalyst reactor(SCR) for Nox removal. Responsible to manage the thermal treatment unit shared system like,Deareator,high pressure boiler feed water pumps, HCL neutralization, Ammonia, caustic and liquid hydrocarbon storage tanks for loading, unloading and transferring. The efficient and safe operation of thermal treatment unit by highly safe design ABB 800 XA (IPCS) unit based DCS control system.  An accountable to manage sadara waste water treatment plant for operates according to Saudi Arabian environment standard.  Looking for hydrocarbon handling facility in which metered and transferred various chemicals like, Sales(methane)gas, Ethylene, Propylene, Naphtha, High pressure Nitrogen, Octene,1-Butabe,n-Butanol,Benzene,Heavy fuel oil etc. through metering skids to sadara 7 km long pipe line network. Major duties in hydrocarbon handling to prepare procedures and execute for clean and clear of skids and pipe line for routine ,Non routine, and emergency basis. Responsible to manage 18km heavy fuel oil line scrapping (pigging) activity.

AS DCS OPERATOR, I operated direct flame liquid injection gas based incinerator (waste water treatment plant) as DCS operator through Centum-1000 supplied by Yokogawa, Japan DCS control system with advanced prcess control and real time optimizer. Monitor trends of various critical parameters, analyze old trends and identify and troubleshoot problems, causes and take remedial measures to prevent recurrence. Operate and manage utilities like plant air, instrument air, and steam, nitrogen with minimizing wastage by optimizing operations. The capacity is 11 MW with multi fuel (NG, CO and LDO) burner supplied by M/S welshaupt, Germany. Controlled off gas parameter like SPM, So2, Nox, HC, Co, HCl, phosgene etc with three stage washing system to protect Environment and fulfill the legal requirement. Looking after safe and economical start up and shutdown of the incinerator and handling emergency like situations. Maintaining good housekeeping standards, identifying and reporting unsafe and hazardous conditions, facilitating safe working by ensuring implementation of preventive and protective measures and use of fire fighting and safety equipments.
