◆ Procurement transformation delivering high value strategic projects, cutting across various Business verticals like Defense, Telecom, Railways, Safe & Smart City and Manufacturing etc. ◆ Single handedly closure of Large Turnkey projects like NFS (India Army) telecom projects e.g. DWDM, NFS MW, GOFNMS, IP-MPLS from sourcing perspective. ◆ Market competitive analysis, RFPs, Business Modeling, Negotiations, deal closure and contracting for Active & Passive Equipments and Services like• Transmission- SDH, DWDM, BTS, MW, Antenna, Radio Backhaul, Satellite Backhaul HUB, EMS, NMS etc• IT HW & SW - Servers, Switches, Routers, firewall, storage, Laptop & Desktops, WS, various SW and platforms (MS, Oracle, VB, Redhat etc.)• Mechanical Items- Towers, Mast, Poles, Racks, Shelf etc. • Duct, OFC & accessories, Power cables, MDF, ACDB/DCDB, etc. • DG Set, UPS, Inverters, SMPS, Batteries, Solar Power systems, ACs, PACs etc. • IBS equipments like Firefighting systems, Power management, Access control, Surveillance cameras, Public address systems, • Smart City components like, smart lighting, Wi-Fi, CCTV, structural and environmental sensors, kiosks, central control & monitoring system.• Passive site Infra items and various Installation & Integration Services. ◆ Driving new initiatives like e-RFP, Reverse Auction for transparency & cost reduction in supply chain function. ◆ Proactive business alignment to enable revenue and profit maximization while keeping cost at lowest level (industry benchmark in many cases) ◆ Finance support in formulating and manage AOP, Cash Flow, and increased open credit terms with vendors etc. ◆ Manage sourcing deals, contracts, delivery and quality for a complete procurement cycle, ensuring to realize commercial and cost saving benefits at the P&L level; ◆ To create and maintain a comprehensive vendor database with all financial and historic details to support all pre-bid teams

• Member of Leadership Team for West Region and responsible for end to end circle SCM operations for Mumbai & Rest of Maharashtra (ROM) circles.• Support to all other verticals and functions of Mobility & Enterprise division of Tata Teleservices – West Region for contracting with various Partners for their respective requirements.• Contract Negotiations for Region Specific requirements and its management, Administration and Governance of all central rate contracts; • Participates in making strategic business award decisions in Regional domain;• Responsible for driving Cost reduction initiatives and manage AOP plan.• Manage the sourcing deals, contracts, delivery and quality for a complete procurement cycle, ensuring the commercial and cost saving benefits are realised at the P&L level; • Use a data driven approach to rationalise supplier base• Manage various Stores / Warehousing & Logistics all across circles (Mum & ROM) for effective supply chain process.

• Responsible for Global Sourcing and Contracting with partners for Core equipments like Circuit Core, Packet Core, Intelligent Network (IN), MPBN, STP-MNP etc.• Issue of Global RFPs for requirements of India, Africa, Bangladesh & Srilanka. Facilitate transparent Bidding, Competitive bench marking & target pricing and techno-commercial negotiations.• Contract Negotiations, Management, Administration and Governance; • Reconstruct commercial models of procurement to align organization need and partner's investment to achieve goal congruence:• Manages category spent of approximately USD 0.5 –0.7 Billion;• Develop new suppliers’ relationships as required and enrich existing strategic partner relationships;• Participates in making strategic business award decisions in network domain;• Manage the sourcing deals, contracts, delivery and quality for a complete procurement cycle, ensuring the commercial and cost saving benefits are realized at the P&L level; • Use a data driven approach to rationalize supplier base.
