Maintaining site records i.e. RFI, DPR, MPR, Strip Chart, Bar chart, Work measurement record etc. Calculation of quantity as per Plan and Profile &layer difference as per profile. Maintaining side level sheet, level records & Correspondence Letters etc. Maintain contractor’s bill as per company contract and rule. Coordinate inter-departmental billing operations and maintain a record of the same. Analyses outcomes and writes detailed progress reports. Verify the bills for correctness and accuracy.
