Managed SAP S/4HANA RISE and GROW practice.Responsible for PnL, presales and delivery. The target market is Asia and Americas. Established delivery partner networks to support implementations.

Helped NE based company in building SAP practice and assisted in winning few state govt orders .Also supervised an SAP ECC Global rollout project for a Germany and Switzerland based company in India.

Managed a team of 60 functional and technical consultants deployed at client and partners’ locations in India and Middle East. The focused industry vertical was Mobile manufacturer and its supply chain management. Solution architect for some projects like Bank , E way Bill, DMS, Warehouse integrations under digitization drive.

Established SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA SBU for a Microsoft Gold partner company from ground zero. Built a high performance team of inside sales, sales, presales and solution consultants and scaled it to size 0 to 70. In Project Director role successfully managed Implementation of SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA in India, Middle East and Nepal across industries such as Foods , Brewery , Edible Oils, Fertilizers/ Agro Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Dairy , Electronics, Cement, Foundry , Textile, , Road Transport, Building Products , Auto Components , HVAC and Books Publication . In my tenure Pharma solution has got the recognition of partner qualified product from SAP as well. Was instrumental in bringing SAP S/4 HANA System Conversion deal from a well-known name in telecom sector.The biggest project managed was for SAP S/4 HANA 1610 with 500 users for US$ 2 Billion CG Global which is a multi-national conglomerate headquartered in Nepal. Its businesses include FMCG, financial services, consumer goods, education, hospitality, energy, consumer electronics, real estate, biotech.

Lead and SPOC for partner practise for 2 years for Ramco ERP – on premise .Helped 6 partners to establish their practice by conducting training, solution proposal, and giving implementation support across industry vertical like auto, engineering, paper and electronics. In the leadership role for Ramco ERP on cloud, close to 30 orders have been won and this helped establishing Ramco brand for cloud ERP. In the capacity of project manager successfully completed RAMCO ERP implementations in clients from Electronic, Paper, and Foods and Retail industry.

Project Systems , Process and Discrete Manufacturing Consultant for Ramco E.Apps ERP. Developed Projectschedule in Primavera for 500MW Thermal Power plant for BHEL.
