 Maintaining Computerized Records of Material Received from Vendors, Imported as well as Indigenous & Updating the same in System with location for easy handling. Maintaining Stock Status. Stock Control, Stock reconciliation on daily bases Inventory Planning. To Check daily consumption report for running items Material delivery by issue slip Prepare GRN for all the material received. Maintained all the files / records in the store Ensure FIFO principle is followed by all the products Prepare Delivery challan for internal movement storage yard to plant Making daily material received inspection receipt report and GRN 103&105 mvmt in SAP OSDR (overage shortage excess damaged Report for particular consignment/invoice.) Prepare all Monthly physical verification reports. Inventory and Warehouse Management of PAM Containers as per client Requirement  Transportation Mgmt. for daily Laden& Empty Containers from PSY to CPF and CPF to PSY. Prepare Callout order (COO) & (SES) for all materials and services. Inbound & outbound delivery create in SAP. Looking after the payment of the suppliers and their outstanding. Team meeting on daily basis. Coordinating with transporter regarding dispatch of materials. Daily check vessel report on port.
